Isaiah entered the real estate space in 2014 when he and two partners started an independent brokerage. Isaiah did the math, and to achieve their first-year goal, they needed to go out on two listing appointments a day; Isaiah was determined to find a way to do that. This fast uplift was largely due to a system that leveraged marketing automation, and to inside sales agents who generated listing opportunities, so they started offering the system to agents outside of their brokerage through a broker-to-broker referral program. Within three years, they grew their business to 700 referral partners across the country, generating $15,000,000 + in revenue and hitting #308 on the Inc. 500 List of fastest-growing companies.
